Program Analyst Lynne
Goodwin recently received a certificate of commendation from
California Attorney General Bill Lockyer. Mr. Lockyer presented
the honor at a Los Angeles-area meeting of law enforcement officials
for her work in developing the TRACE protocol. TRACE, which stands
for Target Responsibility for Alcohol Related Emergencies, is a
program which commits investigators from the
Department of Alcoholic
Beverage Control to work with reporting agencies in determining the
source and responsibility for alcohol when minors involved in a
serious incident have been drinking. |
